Legal Strategist & Leader

About me

“If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures, sweep streets like Beethoven composed music, sweep streets like Leontyne Price sings before the Metropolitan Opera. Sweep streets like Shakespeare wrote poetry. Sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say: Here lived a great street sweeper who swept his job well.” - DR MARTIN LUTHER KING JR

I am a legal strategist and leader dedicated to the intersection of law, technology, and public policy. With nearly a decade of experience in institutional leadership ranging from student governance to founding a legal-tech enterprise, my career is defined by a singular mission: bridging the gap between complex legal frameworks and accessible, sustainable solutions for my community.

Leadership in Action

THE FOUNDATIONS OF LEADERSHIP
My journey in advocacy began in 2016, where as a School Prefect, I negotiated and implemented a school feeding program in collaboration with management boards. This early exposure to stakeholder management and social advocacy instilled in me a lifelong conviction: leadership is not about title, but about the tangible difference one makes in the lives of others. This ethos was further refined during my tenure as Vice President of the Young Christian Students Association, where I mastered the art of large-scale crowd mobilization and servant leadership.
INSTITUTIONAL REFORM
In 2022, I was elected President of the Law Students’ Union (LSU) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). My administration focused on institutional capacity building and democratizing legal education. Key milestones included:
• Financial Inclusion: Establishing the LSU Scholarship Scheme to support underprivileged peers.
• Academic Innovation: Drafting the Mooting Society Act, a legislative framework passed by the LSU Senate to institutionalize advocacy training.
• Professional Development: Overseeing a 333% growth in student-led law firms (from 3 to 13), fostering a culture of practical litigation and corporate governance.
• Infrastructure & Engagement: Initiating the LSU Pergola Project and the Otuim Ludus Annual Games to foster a holistic student environment.
INNOVATION IN LEGAL EDUCATION
Recognizing that the traditional legal pedagogy often acts as a barrier to entry, I founded MCSark Legal Network in 2024. This educational venture leverages animation and digital technology to demystify legal concepts, aiming to advance global legal literacy. My work here represents my commitment to Legal-Tech, exploring how visual communication can make the study of law more efficient and inclusive.
VISION FOR THE FUTURE
As I look toward the next chapter, my focus is on the synergy between International Law and Foreign Policy. I am driven to explore how rigorous research and academic writing can inform diplomatic strategies and advocacy efforts on a global scale.
